Luxury Business Group (LBG), hosted and organized by the French-Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FKCCI),
held the first half of the 2024 Luxury Business Committee at Maison Le Cercle on June 13th.
This prestigious event, attended by leading global luxury companies, began with an opening address
by Daniel Mayran, Chairman of the FKCCI Luxury Committee and founder of the Luxury Business Group.
It featured Diego Dultzin, CEO of On The List, and special guest speaker Nicolas Mercier, President of French Tech Seoul.
About 40 executives from various luxury brands in fashion, jewelry, hospitality, and retail attended.
Nicolas Mercier’s keynote focused on the impact of digital technology on the luxury industry, emphasizing that
"the future of luxury is not about what you sell, but about what you make the customer feel."
He highlighted opportunities and enhancements in customer experience through digital technology.
Mercier advocated for leveraging digital technologies to strengthen customer communication and create immersive luxury experiences.
Attendees discussed strategies for improving customer experiences, digital marketing, and product development,
sharing insights into a future where personalized services integrated with digital technology meet customer desires.
