Luxury Business Group (LBG) and Digital Human Corporation Ltd. (DHC) announced today the signing of a strategic Memorandum of Understanding that brings together two Seoul-based companies at the crossroads of luxury service excellence and advanced artificial intelligence.

 

The partnership will see the two organizations collaborate across LBG’s main business lines — consulting, training, recruitment, and digital innovation — with the shared ambition to create new standards for how luxury brands train their teams, design customer experiences, and assess talent.

A Broad Collaboration Across the LBG Ecosystem

The agreement covers several areas where LBG’s industry knowledge and DHC’s digital-human technology intersect.


Training & Digital Learning

LBG will integrate DHC’s human-like digital agents into a new generation of training programs developed through LBG Studio.
These agents will support interactive learning modules, scenario-based simulations, and multilingual content for brands operating across Asia and Europe.

The goal is not to replace trainers, but to scale and enrich the learning experience.


Consulting & Customer Experience

DHC’s technology will also be used within LBG’s consulting projects to model customer interactions and test service environments such as boutiques, hotels, spas, and high-end automotive showrooms.

This will help brands gain deeper insight into how clients experience their spaces and touchpoints.


Recruitment & Talent Assessment

LBG’s recruitment division will introduce AI-supported interview and role-play simulations reflecting luxury service competencies.
These tools will help improve consistency in evaluating candidates and support brands facing shortages of qualified talent.


Innovation & Joint Market Development

The two companies will launch the Luxury × AI Experience Lab, a platform dedicated to demonstrating
how AI and human expertise can coexist in customer-facing industries.

The Lab will be used for client workshops, pilot projects, and co-innovation initiatives.
