LBPartners’ services for this project include conducting market research, developing the retail concept and strategy, undertaking the leasing management, creating the leasing brochure, and successfully acquiring the definitive list of brands.
During the first half of 2022, LBPartners worked alongside LBP Experts to define the retail concept and retail strategy for INSPIRE, and will now enter the brand sourcing phase for the retail space. To launch these efforts, LBPartners hosted a CEO-Briefing event on May 25th for general managers and CEOs across the retail industry in Korea.

Moreover, the leasing brochure containing key details about the project was printed, facilitating introductory talks with the brands. Visits to the construction site are also being organized in coordination with INSPIRE.
With this, LBPartners is implementing its expertise in retail industries to bring to fruition the full potential of Mohegan INSPIRE Entertainment Resort in creating an unprecedented retail experience for both its customers and partner brands in Asia and across the globe.
