LBG's training department, LBI, provided “Art of storytelling education” for sales executives and employees of a 76-year-old French luxury fashion brand.
As the brand has various collections of elegant and colorful styles, trainees have had time to practice storytelling and build up skills on various themes such as the birth story of luxurious design and stories by collection.
Communicating and sharing brand stories with customers is important for retail workers.
Art of storytelling training begins by realizing the importance of storytelling and looking for ways to bring out stories through modern art then incorporate it into the brand. The instructor leads trainees to derive a related story and natural embodiment of storytelling. Furthermore, the trainees themselves organize the stories by brands and products in detail and have them practice repeatedly so that they can appeal the brand attractively and effectively to consumers.
During training, trainees find their own way of storytelling, develop their love for the brand, and become ambassadors full of pride and expertise. Employees' brand expertise makes loyal customers and increased sales. Moreover, it has a positive impact on the brand in the long run. Therefore, training is important to brands.
