LBI, a customer experience consulting and training division of the Luxury Business Group (LBG), conducted "The Advancement of Sales Technology" training for store employees of the U.S. hat brand.
As it is a famous U.S. brand that supplies hats to the top three sports league players in North America, this training focused on brand-specific cases. Employees learned how to deliver the brand's products functionally and emotionally through "Sales Stage 6" which divides sales into six stages, and acquired various sales skills. They also had time to practice the actual store situation by playing roles based on these skills.
Through this training, store employees were able to enhance their sales skills and capabilities.
